Delivery Policy

Same Day Dispatch

Any standard transfers orders placed, with print ready artwork with us by 12pm (Midday) Mon-Fri (Excluding public holidays) will be dispatched on the same day. This excludes any orders over 50m and any Wholesale orders which we ask to allow a 48 hour turnaround.

All consumables and parts orders placed by 2pm Mon-Fri (Excluding public holidays) will be dispatched same day.

Collections\Local Pickup

Collections can be made between 9am-4.30pm Mon-Fri (Excluding public holidays)

Orders for collection placed before 12pm will be ready by 4pm same day but can be collected in the following days between 9am-4.30pm. Collections cannot be made after 4.30pm.

No orders can be left outside for collection outside of working hours due to security gate on the business park.

Combined Shipping

If you have already placed an order and paid for shipping, you may place additional orders without the need to pay additional shipping fees. When placing additional orders, during the checkout process please choose the Combined Shipping option as the shipping method. Please also add a note to the Order Notes box confirming the order number/s that you would like to combine shipping with and order type e.g. DTF or UVDTF.

When requesting combined shipping to ship 2 or more orders together, please ensure both orders are placed before 12pm for same day dispatch.

If any order is placed after 12pm it’s possible that it won’t be printed in time for dispatch. We will dispatch any orders placed before 12pm same day, then request payment of an additional shipping fee for orders placed after 12pm (unless you advise us to hold all orders until they are able to be completed the following working day).

Orders cannot be cancelled due to forgetting to request combined shipping

Courier Options

See specific shipping service details below regarding any claims for loss or late deliveries and fill out and return the shipping claims form that you can download here for the relevant shipping credit.

Please check the tracking information from the courier and leave an hour after expected delivery time until contacting us regarding any late deliveries.

Our Shipping services

Royal Mail – Special Delivery Guaranteed Next day by 1pm

• Delivered next day by 1pm (the full shipping fee can be claimed for both late and lost deliveries)
• Full tracking provided, SMS and email notifications
• Parcel cannot be left in A safe place and requires signature.
• Delivered Mon-Sat – Business addresses may have issues receiving on Saturdays (We are currently investigating this)

Special Delivery Exceptions

Delivery by 5.30pm the next working day in the following postcode areas: AB30 – 39, 41 – 45, 51 – 56 / HS1, 3 – 9 / IV21 – 28, 40 – 49, 51 – 56 / KA27, 28 / KW1 – 3, 5 – 15 / KW16 Stromness Town only / PA20 (0&9)  / PA28 – 38, 41 – 49, 76, 77 / PH15, 17 – 26, 31 – 40, 49, 50 / ZE1

Delivery within two working days by 5.30pm to the following postcodes areas: HS2 / IM, JE / PA60 – 75, 78 / ZE2, 3

Delivery within three working days by 5.30pm to the following postcode areas: KW16 – non Town / KW17 / PH30, 41 – 44

Royal Mail can’t guarantee Saturday delivery to Isle of Man, Jersey, Herm, Sark and Alderney.

Royal Mail – Tracked 24

• Next working day delivery aim (This is not guaranteed so no claim can be made for the shipping fee for late deliveries, but the shipping fee can be claimed for lost deliveries after 7 working days)
• Full tracking provided, SMS and email notifications
• Can be left in a Safeplace that can be added using the Royal mail app. (This cannot be added by us using the order notes)
• Delivered Mon-Sat – Business addresses may have issues receiving on Saturdays (We are currently investigating this)

• For Royal Mail Tracked24 no delivery target time is provided for items sent to the following postcode areas: AB30–38, AB41-45, AB51–56, AB99, BT, DD8-10, DG7-9, FK8, FK15–21, HS, IV, KA27–28, KW1–17, PA20–38, PA41–80, PH10-11, PH13-14, PH 17-18, PH19–44, PH49–50, TD15, TR21–25, GY, IM, JE, ZE.

DPD  – Next day by 12pm (Not available for Northern Ireland)

• Next working day by 12pm delivery aim. This is not guaranteed so for deliveries that arrive after 12pm or the following working day, only the difference between a Next day by 12 and standard Next day can be claimed which is currently £1.04. If a parcel is delivered 2+ working days late (i.e. on the 3rd day) then the full shipping cost can be claimed.
• Lost parcels can be claimed for in full

DPD Exceptions

DPD aim to deliver by 1pm to the following postcodes: EX23, PL1, PL2, PL5, PL10-PL19, PL22-PL35, TR1-TR20, TR26-TR27, KA1-KA26, KA29-KA30, TD1-TD16, DG1-DG9, EH1-EH55, KY1-KY7, KY11- KY13, KY99, G1-G62, G64-G82, ML1-ML12, PA1-PA19, FK1-FK15

DPD aim to deliver in 2-5 working days to the following postcodes: AB36-AB38, AB55-AB56, FK17-FK21, HS1-HS9, IV1-IV39, IV52-IV54, IV63, IV40-IV51, IV55- IV56, KA27-KA28, KW1-KW14, KW15-KW17, PA21-PA40, PA41-PA49, PA60-PA80, PH19-PH26, PH30-PH41, PH49-PH50, PH42-PH44, ZE1-ZE3, IM1-IM9

DPD  – Saturday (Not available for Northern Ireland)

• Standard DPD by 12 service will not attempt delivery on the Saturday. With this DPD – Saturday service they should attempt delivery on the Saturday.
• This is not a timed delivery so delivery can take place anytime Saturday.
• Saturday delivery is not guaranteed so for deliveries that arrive on Monday or Tuesday, only the difference between a Saturday delivery and a Next day delivery can be claimed which is currently £6.04. If a parcel is delivered 2+ working days late (i.e. on the Wednesday) then the full shipping cost can be claimed.

Consumables\Parts

• Consumables and parts will be sent out on a next day service of our choice to ensure the most efficient way of delivery depending on size and weight.
• Please contact us if the order doesn’t arrive on the day expected.
