World Cup Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions

 

1.   Promoter

The prize draw (the “Promotion”) is operated by Inkfuse DTF (“the Promoter”), whose website is inkfusedtf.co.uk. Correspondence regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter via the contact form available on the website.

2.   Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

“Promotion” means the World Cup Prize Draw described in these Terms and Conditions.

“Qualifying Match” means any FIFA World Cup match in which either the England national football team or the Scotland national football team participates.

“Entry Window” means the period commencing at 00:00:01 on the day of the relevant Qualifying Match (or, in the case of matches with a scheduled kick-off at or after 02:00 on a Sunday, from 00:00:01 at the start of the Saturday immediately preceding the match, being the moment immediately following 23:59:59 on the preceding Friday night) and ending at the exact moment of kick-off as broadcast live.

“Qualifying Purchase” means a completed, paid order placed through the Promoter’s website (inkfusedtf.co.uk) during an Entry Window.

“Entrant” means a natural person who makes a Qualifying Purchase and thereby submits a valid entry.

“Voucher” means a website credit voucher redeemable against future purchases on inkfusedtf.co.uk, the value of which is determined in accordance with Clause 9.

“Team Goals” means the number of goals scored by England or Scotland (as applicable, being the relevant participating national team) during a Qualifying Match, excluding any goals scored by the opposing team, as confirmed by the official match record.

3.   Eligibility

  • The Promotion is open to individuals who are:
    • aged 18 years or over at the time of entry;
    • resident in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, or Wales); and
    • purchasing in their own name and for their own lawful
  • The following persons are not eligible to enter: employees, directors, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter, or any person directly involved in the administration of the Promotion.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any Entrant who cannot, when requested, provide satisfactory proof of eligibility.

4.   How to Enter

  • Entry is automatic and free of any additional A Qualifying Purchase provides one

(1) entry into the draw for the relevant Qualifying Match.

  • Multiple purchases made by the same person during the same Entry Window do not result in multiple entries. Only one entry per person per Qualifying Match will be recorded, regardless of the number of orders placed.
  • Entries may only be made by the registered account holder or the person whose payment details are used to complete the Qualifying Purchase. Entries on behalf of another person, group, or syndicate are not permitted.
  • Automated entry methods, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means of entry are strictly prohibited. Any entry made by such means will be disqualified.

5.   Free Entry Route

  • To ensure compliance with the Gambling Act 2005 and the CAP Code, a free entry route is available alongside the purchase-based route. Persons who do not wish to make a purchase may enter the draw at no cost by sending a letter containing their full name, email address, and the relevant Qualifying Match to which their entry relates, by first class post (standard rate only) to:  Inkfuse DTF – World Cup Prize Draw Free Entry Request Unit 16, Ferrybridge Business Park Fishergate, Ferrybridge Knottingley WF11 8NA
  • The Promoter draws attention to the fact that, given the short Entry Window and the draw taking place the day after each Qualifying Match, postal entries are extremely unlikely to be received in time to be included in the relevant The Promoter accepts no responsibility for postal entries that are not received within the Entry Window. Entrants wishing to guarantee participation are strongly encouraged to make a Qualifying Purchase through the website.
  • Free postal entries must be received by the Promoter during the relevant Entry Window to be valid. One free postal entry per person per Qualifying Match.
  • The free entry route carries an identical statistical chance of winning as the purchase-based entry route. Where a valid free postal entry is received within the Entry Window, it will be assigned a sequential number in the same draw spreadsheet as purchase-based entries. The system for allocating prizes does not distinguish between entry methods.
  • This Promotion does not constitute a lottery under the Gambling Act No payment is required to enter, and the free entry route is available to all persons wishing to participate.

  • The Promoter will publish the exact dates and times of each Entry Window on its website and social media channels in advance of each Qualifying Entrants are responsible for ensuring their orders are placed within the applicable window.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for orders placed outside an Entry Window, for delayed or failed transactions, or for technical issues affecting the Promoter’s website or payment processors outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.

7.   Entry Numbering & Spreadsheet

  • All valid entries for each Qualifying Match will be recorded in a spreadsheet maintained by the Promoter. Each Entrant will be automatically assigned a unique sequential number.
  • The assignment of numbers is automatic and no manual selection by the Promoter
  • The Promoter will retain the entry spreadsheet for a minimum of six (6) months following the conclusion of the Promotion.

8.  The Draw

  • The draw for each Qualifying Match will take place on the day following the relevant match (the “Draw Day”).
  • The draw will be conducted live on the Promoter’s social media channels using Google’s random number generator (google.com – “random number generator”). The Promoter will generate a random number corresponding to an entry number from the spreadsheet. This constitutes a verifiably random selection process for the purposes of CAP Code Rule 8.24.
  • The number of prize winners per draw is equal to the Team Goals scored by England or Scotland (as applicable) during the Qualifying Match. For example, if England score 3 goals and the opposing team score 1 goal, three (3) prizes will be awarded. If the relevant national team scores no goals, no prizes will be awarded for that match.
  • If the same random number is generated more than once in a draw, the Promoter will generate a further number until a unique number is selected for each prize.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final and No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of any draw.

9.   Prizes

  • Each winner will receive one (1) website credit voucher with a value of £100 (“Voucher”) redeemable against future purchases on inkfusedtf.co.uk. The number of Vouchers awarded per draw is equal to the number of Team Goals scored by the relevant national team during the Qualifying Match.
  • The Voucher value is fixed at £100 per This value applies to all Qualifying Matches throughout the Promotion.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent.
  • Vouchers are subject to any minimum spend or product restrictions published by the Promoter at the time of issuance.
  • Prizes must be awarded as described. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.
  • Vouchers will be issued to winners within 30 days of Draw Day, subject to successful verification of the winner’s eligibility.

10.   Winner Notification & Claiming Prizes

  • Winners will be announced during the live draw on the Promoter’s social media channels. Winners will also be contacted directly via the email address provided at the time of their Qualifying Purchase.
  • Winners must respond to the notification email within 14 calendar days of the date of notification. Failure to respond within this period may result in the Voucher being forfeited and an alternative winner being selected from the same draw using the same random process.
  • The Promoter will publish the first name and geographic county of each winner following the draw. By entering, Entrants consent to such publication. Entrants may object to the publication of their name by notifying the Promoter in writing prior to the draw. The Promoter will comply with any reasonable objection where such publication is not required for audit or regulatory purposes.

11.   Disqualification

  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who:
    • provides false or misleading information at the time of entry;
    • is found to be ineligible pursuant to Clause 3;
    • uses automated, artificial, or fraudulent means to enter;
    • cancels or reverses their Qualifying Purchase after the Entry Window closes; or
  • otherwise acts in breach of these Terms and Conditions or in a manner the Promoter reasonably considers to be fraudulent or dishonest.
  • Disqualification may occur at any stage, including after a prize has been provisionally awarded. Any prize awarded to a disqualified Entrant must be returned or, in the case of a Voucher, will be rendered void.

12.   Data Protection & Privacy

  • The Promoter is the data controller in respect of personal data collected in connection with this Promotion. Personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion and fulfilling prizes, unless separate consent is obtained.
  • The Promoter will process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act By entering, Entrants consent to such processing for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
  • Entrants’ personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for the administration of the Promotion (e.g., payment processors) or as required by law.
  • Entrants may exercise their rights under UK GDPR (including rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection) by contacting the Promoter via the website.

13.   Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter shall not be liable for:
    • any loss or damage to entries in transit by post;
    • any failure or delay in the Promoter’s website or payment processing systems;
    • any event outside the Promoter’s reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to the postponement, cancellation, or abandonment of any Qualifying Match;
    • any indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the

14.   Postponed, Abandoned, or Cancelled Matches

  • If a Qualifying Match is postponed before kick-off, all entries submitted during the original Entry Window will be carried forward to apply to the rescheduled No new Entry Window will open for the rescheduled match. Entrants who placed a Qualifying Purchase during the original window will be entitled to one entry in the rescheduled draw.
  • If a Qualifying Match is abandoned after kick-off, the Team Goals scored by the relevant national team at the time of abandonment will be used to determine the number of prizes. If the relevant national team has scored no goals at the time of abandonment, no prizes will be awarded for that match.
  • If a Qualifying Match is cancelled without being rescheduled, the Promotion for that match shall be void and no prizes will be awarded. Entrants will not be entitled to any compensation.
  • If either England or Scotland is disqualified or withdraws from the FIFA World Cup tournament before competing, the Promotion will apply only to the remaining eligible national team’s If both teams are unable to compete, the Promotion will be void in its entirety.

15.   General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time, for any reason, including if it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control. Any such amendment will be published on the Promoter’s website.
  • Any changes to these Terms and Conditions after the Promotion has commenced will not adversely affect Entrants who have already submitted valid entries.
  • If any clause or part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
  • These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Promoter and each Entrant relating to this Promotion. No other representations, warranties, or conditions
  • These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  • The Promoter may appoint an independent third party to assist in the administration of the draw at any time. The name of any such party is available on request.

16.   Regulatory Compliance

  • This Promotion is a free prize draw compliant with Section 339 of the Gambling Act No gambling licence is required.
  • This Promotion is conducted in accordance with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising, Sales Promotion and Direct Marketing (CAP Code), Section 8 (Sales Promotions).
  • The Promoter shall publish, or make available on request, information confirming that a valid award has taken place in respect of each Qualifying Match draw, including the first name and county of each prize winner.

By placing a Qualifying Purchase on inkfusedtf.co.uk during any Entry Window, or by submitting a free postal entry, you acknowledge and confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Inkfuse DTF under the laws of England and Wales.
