Warranty – Non ink related parts are only covered if the service package is taken out at the time of purchase. Print heads are covered for failure not misuse or head strikes. (an inspection of the printhead will be done by our engineers to determine the printhead status)

Inkfuse DTF 12 month service plan consists of 3 visits throughout the year.
Every 4 months we will come and replace all dampers and capping station tops.
Give the printer and shaker a clean down
Realign and calibrate the printer for best printing results.
